Floyd Wickman, the world's greatest Realtor Sales Trainer, is shown in this photo with Derek Crager. With only a 9th grade eductation Floyd began selling real estate in 1966 and within one year became the #1 agent and then broker in his company. In 1974 Floyd Wickman officially began teaching others how to succeed in the most failure driven business in the world, real estate sales. The next thirty years Floyd Wickman was honored as the #1 Sales Trainer in real estate, named as 'Most Influential' in real estate and authored many books, tapes, CDs and DVDs.

Flash forward thirty years and a wet behind the ears semi-new real estate agent/broker crosses paths with this same man of real estate legend. In 2004 Derek Crager, a boy from a small suburban Indianapolis town of Plainfield drives to the hard streets of Detroit and meets Floyd Wickman for the first time.

Not only is Derek Crager in awe of the Wickman real estate sales skill, but his jaw drops to learn that Floyd Wickman is an incredible businessman, being named as finalist for Entrepreneur Magazine's man of the year an unprecedented two years in a row.

A kindred spirit is seen in Derek Crager by the most trusted man in real estate, Floyd Wickman, and a bond forms between the two. Floyd asks Derek Crager to join his North American team and he does without question.

Over the next few years Floyd moves Derek from national sales trainer--to Director of Technology--to Vice President of Public Relations. In each and every position Derek was able to grow his wealth of real estate knowledge while simultaneously making nationwide connections with the best and brightest real estate minds on earth. Derek Crager became Floyd Wickman...Everything Floyd once did, Derek now did. Sales, speaking and writing became second nature.

Derek resigned his post in 2008 to rejoin co-founder and best friend in the world, Craig Bartels, to continue the growth of their private firm, Crager-Bartels Real Estate. Before his resignation a final thank you was given to Floyd Wickman in the form of a book. A book that included all of Floyd Wickman's sales techniques combined with the latest and greatest technology tools modified for the real estate industry.

Should I Quit Real Estate? was written by Derek Crager at a time when the world needed an answer. Seventy percent of all Realtors fail out of the business during good times, the rate was much higher during the US National recession. This book teaches any Realtor how to achieve six figure income and real estate success within a year by incorporating only the most proven techniques and technologies in the world.

"I love Derek like a son. He has one of the finest analytical minds in the world and will be a great success in the decades to come." Floyd Wickman
